To increase Equaris of Minnesota, Inc.'s ability to penetrate
the sewage, wastewater and water treatment system marketplace
we have developed an education program to train and certify interested
parties in becoming Certified Salespersons and Technicians.
To become a Certified Salesperson/Technician we require that
you purchase and complete the Equaris/Equaris Certified Salesperson/Technician
Education and Training Program. This Program gives a basic understanding
of the Equaris and Equaris Systems. It is then required that
you either purchase or sell, and then install one complete Equaris/Equaris
System under our technicians' supervision. After the purchase
and installation is complete, we then certify you as a Certified
Salesperson/Technician.
Once you become certified, you become eligible to receive
a 15% commission on every Equaris and Equaris System you sell
and you also receive money installing the Systems. Every Equaris
and Equaris System is connected to the homeowner's telephone
line to provide them with the required Monitoring Program. The
homeowner pays eight dollars a month for the "Basic Monitoring
Program" and we (Equaris of Minnesota, Inc.) give them a
Lifetime Guarantee on its operation. The Certified Salesperson/Technician
that sells and installs the Systems becomes the person/company/business
that provides the service, maintenance and repair when necessary,
or when the Monitoring System determines that a problem exists.
That Certified Salesperson/Technician receives 10 percent
of the monthly monitoring fee that the homeowner is paying to
Equaris of Minnesota, Inc. (that being a minimum of $.80 per
month per System sold and installed). Those commissions will
be paid to the Certified Salesperson/Technician quarterly for
as long as the Equaris and Equaris Systems are in operation
and being monitored.
